Master Kush

What it is

A classic Indica of the Amsterdam coffeeshops, a cross of two mountain kushes.

Where it comes from

It was stabilized in the netherlands in the late 80s from plants of the Hindu Kush range, and it won several cups in the 90s.

Aroma and effect

Earthy, with a soft citrus touch. Relaxing but clear effect.

How to grow it

Very easy: flowers in about 8 weeks, yields high, resists fungus and is cold-hardy. One of the best to start with photoperiods.

▲ Pros

  • Resists fungus (powdery mildew and botrytis)
  • Cold-hardy: frosts hurt it less and it grows in colder weather
  • High yield and few pests

▼ Cons

  • Medium price

🎮 Practice it in UnderGrow

Photoperiod Indica, 20 % Sativa and 17 % THC. Aroma: earthy, soft citrus.

Flowers in 8 weeks from when you switch the light to 12/12 (outdoors, on its own, in late summer). Seed to harvest, ~91 days indoors.

The seed bank promises up to 350 g per plant indoors and 580 g outdoors, with everything perfect. Selling price: average. The seed costs US$ 13.

Difficulty: very easy. In the game, the harder it is, the easier pests take hold (on a hard one, almost double compared to a very easy one) and the seed costs a little more. Watering, feeding and climate mistakes damage the same in all of them. The hard ones usually yield fewer grams, but they sell for more. "How it's grown" comes from the real strain; in the game its ▲▼ and its traits count (resists fungi or pests, suffers heat or cold).
